Hi guys, I'm here to inform you about some changes I have made to Patreon's subscription payment option.

I thought about doing a poll to decide it, but as it's something that I believe most of you will agree with, I chose not to because we're already very near the end of the month.

Well, let me explain better... Yesterday, I received an email from Patreon about this new payment option that now, instead of the payment always being on the 1st day of the month, it can be charged for new patrons when they join, then monthly on that same date. For example, if a patron joins on the 10th, they’ll be charged on that day and then monthly on the 10th.

For me, it sounded perfect, as it will assure all of you will have 30/31 days of access independently of the day you subscribed.

And for me, one of the most important things is that you all receive what you guys subscribe to, and being sure you all will have one month will help a lot avoid being billed even if you subscribe at the end of the month or anything similar.

Note that existing patrons won't see any changes and are still charged on the 1st of the month.

So today, I switched to this new payment option ("Subscription Billing"), so now you’re charged when you join and monthly on that same date, just like any typical subscription. You can see your next charge date at checkout and in your Active Memberships tab.

This is just a tiny reminder that the only change will be how you guys will be charged in new subscriptions. As usual, I'll keep releasing cc weekly as soon as they get done.
