Ah, I'm sorry! The explanation is actually a lot sillier than that. When I do live streams I obviously can't script out everything beforehand, nor do I have the opportunity to edit anything out. Pretty much every single time I end up saying things that afterwards I realize I do not want permanently public on my channel. Usually it's that I accidentally share too much private information, because when I'm chatting with everyone it feels just like talking with friends and I tend to forget how heavily I need to be censoring myself. It's a difficult mode to suddenly switch into when in every other aspect of my life, I don't need to be doing that at all! Hopefully with more practice I'll get better at regulating what I say so I don't compromise an entire stream.

Is it to make people more likely to watch them right when they come out, because a surge of viewers over a short period of time is more significant in the Youtube algorithm than a slow stream of viewers? I want you to do whatever you have to do to be able to keep making these, so I'm not complaining, but if the "surge of views" is the reason, might you consider posting them on patreon after the fact? It might be a worthwhile trade-off to lose a few first-day views to get more patrons (or higher paying ones if you created an additional tier). I would be willing to pay a little more to have access to the back catalog of these live streams, though I also understand that having a lot of content behind a paywall can damage ones popularity more than just removing the content. (Sorry. That was long, and might be totally wrong)
