2020-11-01 23:14:16 +0000 UTCI felt like it was apparent that it would at least be the main four characters (Ruby, Weiss, Blake and Yang), potentially more characters or not, that's up to the one who requested it. I usually don't discuss the details of the request with them until after their request has won, or when it looks like it's going to win.
