Fenris high and androcosm update

as i hope you can see from the vide (had to make another vimeo account since the other one was banned) we're still adding attacks and animations to the battle system, what's new is the action indicator on the bottom right, represented by two small flames. Ofc There's ways to start with more than two or less through buffs and debuffs, but that's for later. As cgb shows now if you try and use a headbutt attack without protection you'll get the dizzy status, with a neat visual effect! you'll probably be able to avoid this side effect by equipping headgear, or to improve it by using magic and growing horns! wanna make the shapeshifting aspect of the werewolves boostable with magic so you have more options.

on androcosm's side, i'm still on concept art duty: After sketching the ill equipped soldiers i showed you last time, cgb asked me to do 4 fully equipped soldiers who are possibly commanders or are leading the assault to the mages faction:

speaking of wich, now that the soldier faction has been designed it's time for the mages! cgb asked me to go classic with them, so you have the usual: staves, pointy hats and grey beard. I tried to make them colorful and extravagant even if they're minor npcs, hopefully i didn't go overboard-

after the wizards it was time for their apprentices: cgb asked for simpler, smaller hats and robes. I also muted their colors because i thought that the more vibrant the color. the more expensive the fabric . And these guys are basically students so i didn't imagine they have much money. Can you guess wich apprentices is studying under wich wizard?

after doodling the uncorrupted mages ( i'll draw the corrupted ones next time) i tried my hand at sketching concepts for the cliffside area. It's the place where you'll fight sahuagins, harpies and satyrs, so i initially went for a coastine with huge rocks pockmarked with harpies and sahuagin nests, seconds before a big storm-

buuut well that wasn't the vibe cgb wanted, and he asked me to make something less dreary and menacing, with clear skies and sparkling waters. I added some local megafauna to add a tad of extra color and visual interest and i don't mind the result tbh. It's gonna be fun to render this in pixel art if cgb is ok with it!
