Patreon update 128: getting peckish

 well , i said that i was done with the smoking room, but finishing things up took a bit more time than i thought. Basically what i had left to do was to populate it with its denizens and animate them talking to zap.

first we have leraje the hunter demon, who you might remember as one of the designs for the lion tamer of the circus-

then we have balan, sitting in front of flauros and reading his paper

and finally the room's head honcho, flauros himself, with his talking animation

and an idle animation.

outside the room you'll be stopped by a bouncer that won't let you pass if you don't have the proper attire, and instead of using the bouncer we already have at the entrance i decided to go for the anubis looking dude that people seemed to like.

so i went and did his idle

and his talking anim.

not sure if there'll be time, but ideally all of these guys can be hit by the corruption spell and made into hornier versions of themselves with the right items. I'll work on that later on, probably.

oh and ofc we needed a game over screen if zap failed the smoking minigame.

seems he joined the trophies on the wall of the smoking room, some kind of "interactive" trophy at that...

well , enough of that smelly place. It's time we head to the buffet room on the right, where the gourmand demon (gotta find him a name in the ars goetia , as well as the dog bouncer) awaits for someone to feed him something really good instead of the terrible food (wich he still ate by the ton ,it seems) of the casino's cafeteria. This guy is the biggest "character" of the game, and i thought that giving him a single screen wouldn't do him justice. So i designed the background and integrated him in it as an animated element. You can use the latter on his side to get face to face with him-

took the chance to also animate his idle and talking state, altho i suppose i might want to also animate him stuffing his face? next time, perhaps.
