Sure enough she appeared pretty much 10 minutes after I filmed this (pictures of her below btw!!). I don’t know whether to be happy or sad lol 😭 😂

I hope you’re enjoying your week so far and allergies aren’t a nightmare for you ; w ; I was originally going to upload this to YT but then thought about the playmat midway through and was like, “Yeah, maybe not to be on the safe side” haha! XD I know Rocco definitely saw me as his mom so it’s only natural that I treated him as an adorable fluffy son! lol. I’ve always had a habit of naming my Pokemon after my pets. It feels good to kinda have them immortalized in a way ❤️

It really is adorable though, definitely my favorite! :D I loved that anime and am still hoping for a season 2 one day ✨ I’ve always been curious about Pokemon Home. Is it like a paid service that allows for pokemon storage and transfer? If so I can see how that would be very helpful! If I remember right a shiny pidgey isn’t much different than the original- I hate when that’s the case! ; o ; I’m a believer in that a shiny should be vastly different than the original, otherwise there’s no point :< lol I’m happy to know I’m not the only one here to think of my pets in that way! It’s been a few years now since Rocco passed away but it definitely still hurts. I think I’m also a little scarred because at the time of his passing the pandemic was going on which made seeing/treating him at the vet difficult. For that reason I’m very cautious of getting another pet for now. Maybe sometime in the future though! ^_^

I would have loved for it to be on camera though ; w ; I loved NGNL too! The art and story were so good. I’m still holding out for a hopeful season 2 🙏 Rocco was probably the friendliest pet I’ve ever had haha! He loved everyone, always wanted cuddles and food and was just an all around good boy. At the time I wasn’t sure if lettuce was good for cats so I tried to pry it from his mouth! 😂

XD I agree with you in that pets do tend to make life much better. In all my time owning one I’ve felt happier! Maybe I’ll adopt another one someday :)

But yea, definitely see why it would be a bit risky for Youtube. xD Eevee > Pikachu, can't convince me otherwise. Great way to remember your cat by immortalizing it with your Eevee. <3 Pets definitely are family members. The bond you build with them can just be as strong. It's just that people without pets often don't see that. It's not simply just a pet, it's with you for all it's life. So that you had that strong of a bond with Rocco means that he was treated right and had a great life. :> Nice that you still caught the shiny Ponita in the end! Typical streamer's luck that it didn't happen on cam. xP

That was a fun show, I can't believe it's been 10 years! You know, I consider myself somewhat of a pokedex expert :P Completing them for every single mainline game in a year is hella ambitious. Some quick tips: - Start with the GBA games. They're hard as hell to complete the Pokedex for due to limited Gen 2, but then you can just transfer up to every game as you go on. - use Pokemon Home. Pokemon from BDSP, SV, and SwSh can be moved between each other using pokemon home. No one wants a Pidgey... My first ever shiny pokemon was a Pidgey in Pokemon Leaf Green. It was an incredibly underwhelming experience that has forever damaged my opinion on shiny pokemon. Lol. I don't have any shiny mons from Let's Go, I certainly saw some though. This might be sacriligious, but if I don't like them I don't catch them :P Loved your little story about Rocco. I can understand why it would be hard to have another cat. Some people may scoff at calling a pet family, I certainly know some people like that, but they just don't fucking get it. Having a pet is something special. I love my dog, I know there will be a day that he won't be here, and when that happens I probably won't be able to have another pet for a while. Last night I had a nightmare something happened to him so I got up and checked on him lol

Of *course* it would happen when the camera's off, it's like the world has to have some rule about these kinds of things <.< Thank you for the photos, though, and for the chatting during gameplay. Hell yeah on the playmat, I love NGNL for so many reasons. After the movie I was *so* certain we were finally gonna get season 2, but still nothing after all this time 😭😭😭😭 Rocco sounds like an amazing cat, social and friendly and kind and just everything you'd want in an animal. I can completely understand the feeling of him being like family, s'how my family treated our dog Java until he passed almost 6 years ago now. Even after finishing the video I'm still smiling at the image of him just being like "yeah this lettuce tastes fucking amazing girl, you should try it some time. But just to be clear, this one is mine."

2025-03-09 03:52:56 +0000 UTCI feel like that’s always how it is you can be actively looking for a shiny or really anything else for hours then the second you aren’t ready for it it happens still awesome you got the shiny the blue fire is very cool very pretty shiny. Eevee is just a beast I who needs to evolve when you can just learn all the moves. Rocco sounds like a wonderful cat and though the pain may never leave completely you still have the good times to look back and remember him by. Im definitely with you my animals are definitely a part of my family one of my two pugs is getting older now and I know I’m gonna struggle a lot when she eventually passes and I’ve lost a few animals in the past none I have cared for as strongly as my two pugs but when I was younger we had gotten a dog who ended up being really bad and aggressive and even bit me but I loved him anyway and my parents got rid of him because he was genuinely a danger and I still cried for days when I learned he was gone. I’m gonna be a wreck when I lose one of my pugs but I do think it’s worth it animals just make life so much better.
