Hello Ali cats and thank you for checking out this roleplay! :) Like I mentioned before, this audio is a bit sad. I wanted it to be more believable and historically accurate if that makes sense? :P Anyway, the point is that I wanted to write something different and I hope you enjoy ✨

The princess wanting her first kiss from the servant is an interesting thing she wants. The sounds of the clothing rustles were nice to listen to.

Those are probably some of my favorites since the type of clothing can make for different textures, etc. I’m also glad that sense of despair came through as I really wanted to push that with this character’s story!

Even with all the wealth and influence a princess has, she's still expected to throw away her individuality for the sake of the realm. :/ Being in a privileged position doesn't help much when your fate is already decided, and there's nothing you can do to change it. It really gives off a strong sense of despair and inevitability.

I couldn’t even imagine having to go through with something like this. The idea of being with someone, often a person you don’t even know, is horrifying to me 💀 It makes me happy that you enjoy the more story focused ones too! I always try to make the sounds the star but sometimes it’s nice to just tell a story too so thank you for that! ❤️

I don’t think I’ve heard of George III before but it seems like a scenario that I imagined happened quite a bit. I’ve read a lot of books about royal families and tbh, none of it seemed good or fun 💀 I’m very thankful to have been born in modern times!

When you mentioned the other day that it would be a sadder audio, I was bracing myself for something with a climactic moment of negativity, but this was a bit deeper. Didn't hit as hard as a big moment, but it stuck with me for a fair bit longer after listening. The realness of arranged marriages being the norm for centuries of history, at least in upper-crust Europe if not a huge chunk of the rest of the world too, kinda makes you think about how good we got it today, being able to marry for love. At the end of the audio I found myself hoping that the political marriage falls through and the princess gets another chance to find someone she wants 🤞 I think I like this style of audio, where the ASMR triggers are present, but the main draw is the drama and the plot. Not as much of a sleep aid or relaxant, but it scratches a different itch that also needs scratching ^^

It does sadden me to think these kinda things actually happened in history the very concept sounds insane to me and makes me thankful for the time I live in now for all the problems we might have in modern times the it’s still by far the best period of time in all human history to live in the fact that I am even able to listen to your audios when ever I need to sleep or relax is a testament to the point that we live in the best time in history. 2025-02-28 11:10:12 +0000 UTCThis role play inspired me to try to look to see if I could find any historical writings on consequences a princess experienced after refusing to get married. Instead what I ended up reading about was George III's youngest sister and his daughters. George III's youngest sister Caroline Matilda was married off to the king of Denmark - and, in a turn that would make what you wrote even sadder, she wasn't even allowed to bring any of her attendants because of Denmark policy of royalty only being surrounded by Danish staff. The king of Denmark was considerably mentally ill and treated Caroline Matilda with neglect and distain, and just was a partying loon that spent his time being drunk in brothels rather than ruling. Ironically eventually this forced Caroline Matilda to take control of the country along with her husband's doctor at the age of sixteen, until a "coup" was taken by an opposing political faction when she was twenty that got the king to recognize that Caroline Matilda and the doctor were having an affair. Caroline Matilda was sentenced to life imprisonment, but George III negotiated to have her released to the one of his territories, where she stayed alone until she died of scarlet fever three years later. All of this happening to his beloved younger sister made George III so paranoid that he never let any of his six daughters ever get married off politically, or to anyone. Of course, George III also had all his mental illnesses, so he was so overprotective of his daughters that they felt so trapped at home that they were just as miserable any way, and still had their lives as controlled as the princess you wrote about for this audio
