Oh no, I’m so sorry about the bunny! That exact same thing happened to a cousin of mine. I think the worst for me was when a cat got under my mom’s car and we didn’t know until it was too late. I was young and remember thinking it was my fault since I loved cats back then too! I haven’t gotten a follow up on the interview yet but I’m still keeping my fingers crossed for some news on Monday or Tuesday. I admit I’m not the best when it comes to selling myself in interviews, so it may take me a few tries to get in the swing of that again xD You really do need to try Dairi-Os though! Talking about it is making me want it so I may have to get me some tomorrow lol.

Hopefully you've gotten a call back from that interview by the time I've commented! The small-town thing is relatable af, every time I visit home I run into somebody I knew. Sorry to hear about the bird, it always sucks hitting an animal. The worst I've felt about it was back in middle school. I was mowing the lawn on a riding mower and as I passed a patch of grass that was too tall to mow, a baby bunny darted out straight into my blades. He got spat out the other side as nothing more than a bunny head attached to a bloody strip of fur. I felt like an absolute monster after that man Anyway, hope you land a job soon and don't worry about the polls! I'm excited to see how your animation improves as you practice (also if I'm ever in NC I'll have to hit up that Dairi-Os)

As for the ice cream question, I think I did ask what everyone’s favorite flavor was a while ago (if someone reads this and I’m wrong let me know). I do remember telling someone that my favorite flavor was mint chocolate though- I love it! :D I can’t say anything on Destiny since I’ve never played it myself but if you choose to buy the campaign I hope you enjoy it! :)

Maybe that could be part of it is that you/our character gives them more of their own form. It might also be cool to use unused designs from the game as a kind of base.

One thing of their milkshakes(or ice cream for that matter here), which I'm surprised wasn't a question for QOTW, is for me to get a Mint Oreo Milkshake. Still will never keep fighting the fact of people saying mint flavored anything tastes like toothpaste. Mint Chocolate Chip is so good and I just get very angry for those who just hate that flavor just for that comment. Along with that Silly String thing I was talking about, it's called Strand. Strand is a subclass that allows you to basically swing yourself anywhere and is pretty fun. You can either use it as CQB or long range depending on your character or build. But now that the new thing on Destiny 2 was added just recently, The Final Shape, there's a new subclass that I'm interested about yet idk if it's worth it to spend $50 on the campaign of it since idk what exactly it is. I may actually just buy it though since it looks like pink crystals around your character.

I think I have a tendency to get in my own head a lot and that’s not usually good xD I have been trying to stay positive job searching though. I know eventually something will come my way. Until then I’ve been keeping myself busy with art and helping out my mom ^_^ Funny you brought up your ideas- I started writing one of them recently! I’m in a bind on how I want to draw it though…should I make own interpretation or how it’s portrayed in the game :P

Kinda made me think of music that would play on a video game while fighting a boss or one of the rhythm ones :P Happy to hear you’ve been enjoying your game btw! I haven’t had much time for gaming myself but I do enjoy watching others and hearing how they like them. I’m happy the cars weren’t too distracting and kinda added to the ambiance lol. I was a bit worried at first but I can see their appeal thinking about it. It’s still a pain when recording a roleplay though haha! XD

In the meantime I’ve been trying to keep myself busy with art and helping out my family. I use to visit the Appalachians as a kid and it’s beautiful! My family took me there and I’ve had to make some returns ever since. It’s a decent ways away but well worth it if you’re craving a good burger! :D

I’ve seen a lot of deer since moving back so hopefully I never hit one of those! I’m happy to hear the cars made a nice ambient sound for you! I hope the job thing ain't getting you too down, I know it can kinda make you feel aimless, but someone said something recently that I thought was good to remember, that we are not our jobs. There is a lot more to us than our occupation. I also think you should take the time you feel you need to hone your craft, so no worries about polls, but if you ever need ideas, I might have a few you can keep for a rainy day.

2024-06-03 02:45:37 +0000 UTCI was debating whether to respond in the ramble or the ghost girl photo so I opted to do it here since I was busy playing the Lightfall Campaign on Destiny 2. Funny enough, that wasn't the pain in the ass that day. I spent like 4 hours fighting Savathŭn(The Witch Queen Boss) on legendary mode while doing it solo. Now I don't need to do that and all I want to focus on is getting Strand(Green Silly String so I can become Spiderman). :P Anyways, song recommendation for today is gonna be ghost related since the ghost girl audio. The Ghost by Niviro. Love the fact that the title is just that. Haha Car go brrrr. I get how it can be irritating though since of the sounds of cars going by, yet I like it as a background for the rambles since that just adds you getting annoyed of it whilst also being relaxed to it. Now Motorcycle-Kun has a new assistant in the noise sound, only this time it's for the 3dio and it's a car, probably callee Speedy Gonzales(if you get it you get it :) ). Also you aren't kidding, those people that teach you to drive are just gonna have you take them anywhere. I remember for my driving instructor I had to drive a mother's type of sports car to his house and ALWAYS to McDonald's because he wanted me to. He was at least supportive in driving when I was doing it so I enjoyed that instead of having a drunk father teach me how to drive, but not as better as my older brother since he taught me a LOT better that both my parents since he told me how nobody drives well here so take their entrance away from them. Hey, food is food. Eat only until you're full, not stuffed. Nah, the editor just needs to make themselves better when they get paid more. They can do it right, it's just that they're still waiting for the minimum wage you owe them. Who knows, maybe we'll finally get a blinking animation or even a transformation animation. That'd be cool. Also it's fine if you need to take a break, we all need those once in a while so it's all fine. Even with killing the birb maybe you just need time to reflect while doing something. I'm debating at this point whether I prefer In-N-Out or Steak N' Shake since both are really good. I'm more with Steak N' Shake since it's the only one near me, but also because I feel as if all the food they have is good.

2024-06-02 15:21:38 +0000 UTCHappy for you that things are going decently well at your new home in North Carolina; my family regularly visits our small cabin up in the Appalachians there, and I highly recommend a trip there for the scenery. I had been stuck on job hunting for months, and I agree with you that it sucks; mentally, it messes with you because you wanna feel free from the old job but also not free because you have to search for a new one, so it messes with your desire for other things. Pretty neat you found a little burger place to call your new regular. Best of luck on your animation training arc; I have a copy of the Aaron Blaise fundamentals of animation if you want that for yourself. Look forward to your next roleplay, and enjoy your weekend.

And I hope you hear back from that interview soon! Also, I know exactly how it is about small towns lol, every time I visit my dad, I'm almost guaranteed to run into someone I know lol All good with the polls! I think we all can wait a bit, especially since you're still gonna be doing regular audios :p And yea... I haven't hit a bird yet, but did have a squirrel run right in front of my wheel, nothing I really could have done Ooh, I've never seen a Dari'Os, does look like it's an NC only place with only a handful of spots, but it looks like there's one in the town by the mountains I like to go camping in! I'll probably stop by to get a burger when coming back from camping! :p actually.. yea.. looking at the map, it's pretty much like an extra 20 miles from where I'll be leaving the area I'll be camping in, and then it's petty much a straight shot south on the highway back to my city lol Also, I agree with Shrewdberry about cars

If it makes you feel any better: I’ve hit my fair share of deer, raccoons and possums with my car before too; you can only do so much behind the wheel when it comes to critters. It’s an awful feeling, but it will pass! P.S. the cars in the background help with the “ambient set dressing” imo. I wouldn’t worry too much about it!
