Big changes

READ THIS PLEASE, THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT

First of all, i want to say Thanks to everyone who supports me, i really appreciate this, no matter how much you pledge. Your activity is one of the things that make me do my posters. I started my Patreon because a lot of my friends(who also 3d artists) gave me advice to do that.

 Patreon for me was a big bucket of different feelings, good and bad at the same time. Biggest thing that i am proud of about Patreon is the fact that Patreon showed me amout of people that really interested in my stuff not on the level of random guy who just follows me on tumblr, because one of the most disorientating things for me always was amount of feedback that i was getting on tumblr. Tumblr likes and followers are not the best way to undestand level of audience interest. I never thought that my patreon would have more than 10 random dudes following, lol. Now, when i am starting to develop bigger community i have started to understand my own mistakes that i made when i launched my Patreon.

 First of all i think my rewards and tiers are not the best. I am not very original and creative with them, but the main problem is that they are not ballanced at all. Let me show this with example. Lets take a look at 1$ tier and 5$ tier. You dont have any significant difference between them, because raffle option is pure rng, and character polls, is not a big deal as far as i can see. So i am feeling pretty bad for people that pays me 5$ just because from my point of view they are not getting something equal to their pledge conten-wise. 3$ tier is just joke tier right now, noone ever followed me with this tier, and this shows how bad is raffle option works as motivational factor for people to follow with higher tier.

Main thing for me is always amount of activity and feedback - not money. Biggest pleasure for me is seeing your comments under my posts, seeing you messages in pm, seeing that all of you voting in polls.

Also, i want to introduce new feature - theme of the month. I think it is pretty easy to understand how it works. At the begining of the month i will do a poll, with few one-word options(chocolate, fantasy, cyberpunk, medieval, etc), and option that would winn the poll, would work as a factor that influence all of posters in this month, which will structuraze themes, scenes, characters.

But some of the things should change. As far as i understand problems with my patreon, and according to my friends advice i am going to change some stuff.

LIST OF CHANGES:

1.Exclusives removed from 1$ tier => moved to 3$
Exclusives have become a thing that from very begining is a thing of your desire. Exclusive polls about universe, exclusive character polls, all of this is things i am leaving for you to deside. Exclusives is a quintessence of your activity, and i think that it should be this kind of privilege using which i can pay in terms of content to people that following me on higher tiers.

2.Raffle reward removed from 3$ tier
With cahnges that i am implemeting to 1$ tier, i think i should remove raffle option from 3$ tier. I am doing this because as i said in previous description  i think that it should be this kind of privilege using which i can pay in terms of content to people that following me on higher tiers. Also, when less people participate in raffles - they have more chances of winning, this kinda reduces rng side of that reward

3.Theme of the month poll option added to 3$ tier
With adding new feature i need to add poll option as reward, pretty obvious

4.Monthly request tier is going from 10$ to 15$
This is because i am changing my regular comission price. Comission price was 15$ before today(so everyone that use Patreon tier pay 5$ less) and now my regular comission price is 20$(because with growth of my skills time of production have also grown) - so monthly request tier should be 15$(still 5$ less than regular comission). Also, now, when i have to do 2 posters per month that people are requesting and regular comissions that i am ding i have less space for my own ideas, so i think this change is pretty obvious.
