I'll need to get something else though because the card set list is so small haha! I'll probably end up getting all the cards in 10 packs or so xD I'm happy to hear you were able to get out of that headspace. I've been in a similar one and it's not fun. Life is too short to give a shit about what other people think because at the end of the day the person you spend the most time with is yourself. Also, I'm happy to have a willing test subject *evil laugh* >:)

Also trick or treat/Halloween Pokémon cards sound cute af. You’re real for saying to just try shit, haters be damned. So many people (me included) limit themselves for fear of judgement of others, I had a phase after I graduated high school where all of a sudden I started to give a shit about peoples opinion and that was definitely when I was at my lowest point mentally. Since then I’ve re-learned the art of not giving a fuck haha, but it’s hard to get out of the habit of trying to fit in once you start. So for anyone in that headspace, know it’s best not to start in the first place, just do you! Also the makeup thing is absolutely a yea for me, and I’m fully in support of being a test subject for future triggers lol

2023-09-23 04:45:53 +0000 UTCYeah, at the absolute most with a pre-built computer you'll have to ship it back for maintenance but that would be covered by warranty so it wouldn't cost anything, Just more of a hassle. Also yeah just painting the model kit parts. And even at that I don't do anything crazy. I just paint the parts to the correct color for what they are supposed to be. A lot of modern model kits are molded in different color plastics though so only a few pieces ever need to be painted at all.

I will agree with you though, I also think we're our own worst critic. I think we tend to be a little too hard on ourselves sometimes. Nothing wrong with trying new things and having fun now and then! :)

When you mentioned painting, did you mean painting the models or painting on a canvas? Either way- very nice! I've tried painting a few times but it's just not something I feel I'm good at. I really do love looking at paintings though. I'm glad you liked the shuffling sounds! I really love playing with cards so that's a sound I could do for a long time :D

When it comes to the art thing I think that we are our own worst critics because only we can force ourselves to not make something or even try new things, so I think that once we get over the first and most difficult hurdle, being ourselves, everything's a lot easier. Don't be afraid to contact customer support if anything seems wrong. Stuff happens in shipping or maybe someone forgot to run an update for a piece of the computer and customer support can usually help you fix it quickly. I also fully agree that everyone should try anything they want! I am not a very adventurous person, I pretty much just stick to video games as they bring me so much joy, but I have gotten into things like model kit build and painting and it was a lot of fun. I also sucked when I started lol, but you do get better over time. For the makeup thing sound that you asked about, I liked it. But surprisingly the thing I liked the most in the video was the few seconds of card shuffling sounds. It sounded really nice.
