This Friday's character is going to be an undead WoW inspired character so I'm very excited about that- especially with Classic Hardcore coming out :P I will be playing it since some friends have convinced me. I've planned in advanced so no getting too obsessed like I tend to do lol. But let's be real, I'll probably die by lvl. 15 anyway haha! xD
So for next Friday I was thinking we could do a character that you have an already established relationship with. I won't be telling you the story context, so pick based on the character type that sounds most interesting to you :)

Yeah building is very scary to think about especially if you haven't done it before and are working with expensive parts. Even I haven't built my own because of it, but with my most recent computer I have replaced all the parts over time and now feel a bit more confident that I could build one on my own if I wanted to. Yeah, I like all of the races in Baldurs Gate 3, however there are some expanded rulesets for DnD that have more playable races and I would have loved to see them. Particularly Tabaxi and Kenku (Cat and bird people respectively). Halflings are cool though, all the races get special bonuses or abilities and halflings get a pretty good one.

I still want to build my own someday but ngl, that stuff is scary to think about messing up. I would be the person to drop or do something stupid with it too lol. I'll need a friend there for emotional support when I do it lol. Omg, I love that skin color! Makes me want to draw a proper demon-ish girl now. I've only seen some of the races in the game, but as of now I have to say I really love that option for sure. I think it's so funny and adorable that you can be a halfling. If I made one of those I'd want to be the most evil halfling imaginable xD

2023-08-26 11:06:44 +0000 UTCI see that makes sense, I remember you bringing up that you were thinking about building your own in the past but since you're a fan of Asmon have you looked at Starforge for pre-builts? Starforge I would not have recommend last year as they were having major issues but they took a lot of the feedback they got and improved themselves a lot. And as of right this moment their Voyager Creator is a very good PC and not too overpriced. That being said their Voyager Creator Pro and Elite are very overpriced for how little extra power you get lol. Also ye I did, have to get more people to play the game! I'll link a picture too below if you're curious how they look like lol. That being said the main difference between demons and tieflings and demons are that demons are way more powerful and usually evil. But tieflings still have like red-ish skin, horns, pointed tails, etc and are mostly good alignment. I'd be a walking hazard to those around me. Along with this game I also want to say I can play WoW on settings that are not embarrassing to admit, so I'm damn determined to get a new PC for sure >:3 You just had to tell me that, didn't you? The game already drew me in and now you tell me there are demon girls. They truly are my weakness </3

2023-08-24 07:50:58 +0000 UTCIt really is just a special game for me (and a lot of other people to be fair lol) due to just how much you can change or even just approach differently depending on so many different things. That being said I don't know if any game is good enough to HAVE to upgrade a PC for but if you're already looking for a new one than it's pretty cool to have it has motivation. I also think I saw you saying you have a weakness for demon girls or something along those line in one of your responses but one of the party members you get a is a big Tiefling lady and Tieflings are kinda close to demons, at least aesthetically lol. She's also my favorite party member and the one I romanced in my playthrough so I'm a little biased but maybe she will also add a little motivation.

I swear ever since you started talking about this game and watching some of the gaming asmr channels I listen to play it, all I want to do is try it out now lol. I've never been more motivated to get a new PC haha! The character creation looks so cool- I love the races!

I have never really tried Hardcore on anything but I've seen a few clips of Hardcore Ironman in OSRS and it seems neat. Also not related to anything in the poll but after 170 hours I have finished my solo playthrough of Baldur's Gate 3 and am about 60% of the way through my coop one. Also despite all that time I just want to start up a new game and play through it again lol. But I have too many other things to play. Looking forward to whoever comes out of this poll though!
