I've decided I'm just going to start calling my random recordings like this ali rambles lol. It's a really relaxing way for me to get my voice prepped for roleplay recordings and it's a lot of fun!
I hope in some way this may help anyone that may be stressed or just needs a few minutes to relax. Sometimes we all just need a breather :)

Oh wow, you pretty much right on the money! The first one was a plastic cap- I'm not cool enough to have the poker chips lol :P The second one was indeed a plastic container. I'm going to need to do more difficult sounds next time! >:) I think it's a lot of fun to do recordings like this, so I'm really glad they can help in any sort of way. 2023-06-14 00:28:54 +0000 UTCSorry to hear about your allergies acting up. Seasonal allergies are incredibly annoying, especially if they make it hard to sleep. Positive affirmations are always a great way to start the week, we all have times where we find it hard to be kind to ourselves and kind words from another can definitely help in those sort of slumps. As for guessing the triggers after the PokΓ©mon tinβ¦the rubbing one almost sounded like rubbing coins together but plastic instead of metal. Long shot, but maybe a poker chip? The second one sounded like a thin plastic container, actually almost identical to how tapping on the lids of the Chobani yogurt tubs I use for my morning smoothies would sound haha, probably not that specific though, so Iβll guess some sort of disposable plastic container. Looks like I miss the last rambling sort of video you uploaded last week, on the bright side looks like I have another to enjoy!

I am a bit tall, but I've also had a surprising amount of friends who are taller than me lol. I do wish I was slightly shorter tho, bending down to get things in my fridge all the time is rough. It's also really sweet that you care about your friends so much that you would get angry on their behalf.

Lately I've been feeling like a frog is stuck in my throat lol xD As for the sounds, I don't blame you for getting the first one wrong- you had a pretty good guess though, so I'll give that one a 5! It was a plastic bottle cap. The second one you get a 10- it was a plastic bottle sound; nice job on guessing that one! :) Between those times I was saying how I was OK with you all sending me story suggestions for a roleplay, but only because it's you as a patron hehe :P Normally I don't like the idea of requests, but I know you all understand that so long as I have creative freedom in the writing and art, I'm willing to bring it to life if I can. I wish Patreon had a way for me to integrate subtitles like Youtube does. I may have to wait until I get a proper video editor before I can do it on here unfortunately :( I'm glad you posted your art! Not only was it unique but it was fun coming up with a name. I know putting your art out there can be scary for some, so much respect for doing that. I'm really happy you enjoyed the bands! Also, I'm very jealous that you'll be seeing my beloved BMTH. I hope I can see them one day!

Then again everyone is tall to me lol. People would try to bully me in school, but after my shy phase and getting tired of it I started to have an attitude back with them. I learned that if people are going to be ass holes anyway you may as well just be yourself! Although I found myself getting angrier if someone would try to bully a friend rather than me after a while lol.

If I'm wrong; rate how close I am on a scale 1-10 (10 is spot on, 1 is wtf check your ears lmao) First sound: you were stroking a nail brush. Second sound: tapping an empty plastic tub. Sorry, what did you say between 9:37 - 9:42? Probably not vital info or anything, but I'm just curious. π Speaking of my deaf ass, thanks again for sticking with the subtitles on your YT videos. You really seem to have made it a permanent thing which I appreciate. <3 Also, I am 100% with you on the message about being different. When I drew Robovelt, I was actually hesitant to share it on Twitter. But I had the exact same mindset as you; everyone is unique. I just happen to like mechs and anthropomorphised animals (aka furries) - so I combined them to create my first (sort of) OC - for which you provided the genius name. I did however stick to neglecting the MechWarrior hashtag... juuussst in case some BattleTech fans would DM me asking wtf they're looking at haha! Oh, that reminds me. I listened to D'espairsRay and Galneryus recently. I never knew about Visual kei. But I must say, those were awesome! Listening to rock is getting me hyped up for BMTH and Bad Omens performing in my city this coming January! Me & my bestie are gonna book tickets ASAP!!

It always hurts me to hear when people have to hide who they really are to fit in or for whatever reason. I've thankfully never had to as I have been 6'3" since 8th grade and no one would try to bully me lol. But also at my Highschool we didn't have very many bullies, there simply was too many people for bullies to not get called out on their shit. I wish everyone could be themselves to their fullest without feeling bad!
