It is very difficult to figure out what to suggest in this chapter. It leaves us at a juncture where most all suggestions would seem to be pointless. Unless I've radically misjudged how tired Blazingcheeks is of this series, narratively (with plot arcs unfulfilled, and only level three of the facility) there is nothing yet that suggests to me that this is close to the end of the story. Ergo, The Duke's plan, however noble, functionally can't succeed, even if we wanted to go along with it. And I assume that's what Truthsayers little tantrum means, he'd inadvertently bided our hands, making us unable to give the Duke what he wants. Kind of makes debating with the Duke about the merits of his plans (...plus the apparent discrepancy in his proposed deal to let our friends go, when previously the Viscount pretty bluntly stated they'd use the power of our friends turning into Lies to escape from the facility, and the Duke's plan needing the help of demons outside, meaning they'd logically he'd need to turn our friends into lies anyway...) feel like a moot point. I guess the question now become how do we convince the Duke to release our group? Demand they're released upfront, then welch the deal and damn the consequences, or be honest with him, and hope he'll recognize that it's in his interest to help us...? But other voices seem to have this base covered. I think it's a pity that we're expelling our newly collected demon harem from our body almost as quickly as we got them, but it's pretty clear by the weight of the voices that my single opposition would be like shouting against the tide. However, I'd like to point out that there is no indication that Truthsayer has mastered the power of TOUCH yet. He ripped his head off, not transformed him. Though he did transform himself, I'd hesitate to say he's learnt to use it on others yet.

I do not trust the Duke either, but I do not believe he lied in a way that correcting the lie would give us truth. We know him to be a great liar and for him to know our power of Voice. Adding “REVEAL WHAT YOU WISH TO HIDE FROM US” may be a good idea, but he is a master of deception and this may be insufficient. The Duke needs pressure before he can be relied upon and he does not feel noose upon his neck yet.

Oh wow Neth with the great memory! I forgot that we already have names for the other entities! I’d like to do a little experiment then with this information and help out our other voices who are still worried about our monster boys but want to accept the Dukes Deal. “As one of the many voices, I call on the HEART that resides within us. I humbly ask that you reach out to us and nourish us with self-love. Some of our voices are acting out of love and looking to martyr themselves for others out of desperation. Dispel their doubt and fill them with the strength to say NO and find a new option. Please fulfill your role as you did before.” If this works we can have some more options to play with and have more time to work with the Duke and possibly True Truthsayer. I suppose, as PK-Love wrote above, what Truthsayer doesn't understand is the "pink screen" that Voxotaur has everytime he kisses someone with affection. It seems Truthsayer is not able to feel love then he doesn't have any "power" that happens when you are infatuated, or when you show kindness or affection to someone

Isolate a part of your mind, separate from the people inside and outside of you. To the truthsayer, directly, who's definitely listening. The only reason we betray you is because you take away our control. We want control, regardless of when we do or don't use it hypocritically or just act on lust. If you just separated us to be someone other than yourself and allowed us our harem of cute monsters then we wouldn't even want to take him up on his deal, most likely.

I think its most likely that there is an eldritch entity on each floor. We've been to two floors already, and there's been two entities so far: the FINGERS and the VOICE. And we know there are five FRAGMENTS of eldritch power or whatever, and we know there are about five floors to this facility as well. So we should find another eldritch fragment on this floor as well. WOULDNT IT MAKE SENSE that the VOICE would be confused if the EYES didnt wanna fuse into a single being, because they REMEMBERED the pain and tragedy it was to be together the first time around, or at least the tragedy that it was to get split or whatever. ALSO, if the Duke really wanted to leave this facility, he definitely could. Or he could at the very least move up to a higher floor. But wouldn't it make sense for him to stay if he was also the EYES? If that were the case, the EYES would stay behind to try and stop the VOICE and the FINGERS from fusing together again. ADDITIONALLY the VOICE would try and help us out to get to teh EYES, so we could fuse and get closer to its plan, which is TO GET BACK TOGETHER AGAIN WITH ALL THE OTHER ELDRITCH FRAGMENTS. The EYES would remember this is the only way to stop this eldritch creature, and thus tell us the way to stop it, but not tempt us to absorb him by telling us his identity. SO WE SHOULD NOT TOUCH HIM NO MATTER WHAT, but we should split our powers between two bodies that we can control. Lastly... the Duke... has a third eye on his forehead. JUST SAYIN' OMG BTW GUYS THE SCREEN IS REFORMING WE HAVE TO ACT FAST AND MAYBE EVEN GIVE UP OUR POWERS

OKAY GUYS HEAR ME OUT THE DUKE IS THE EYES THAT REMEMBER, another of the eldritch entities i this facility We should FIRST and foremost absorb all of our body parts and expel the demons inside us, as well as stop our influence on them. SECONDLY we should do as the Duke suggests (because its just a good idea ion general) and SPLIT OUR POWERS BETWEEN TWO BODIES. So we would have one Voxotaur for the VOICE and another (hot) creature for the FINGERS. And we should make it so that each of the bodies can be controlled by us Patrons, but not by the VOICE or FINGERS. (i will proceed to explain my reasoning)

And honestly? I wanna save you too somehow. We won't be bound to that horrible future of a lie prison, if he's telling the truth, but you will, and that's no fun, especially since its more our fault you’re in this mess. I mean you basically came in right before sydan knocked us unconscious and even tho everything said about you, even from your mouth, has sounded bad, you pretty much only helped us out since then so… maybe you’re not all bad?  So talk to us. guys please dont just give into what the duke of all lies is saying so easily. Please. If we give into his demands, he’ll just keep the monsters as lies, draining them until there’s nothing left.  Duke: hm. Your suggestion is interesting but as you've said, you are a demon, prone to lies upon lies so forgive me if im still a bit hesitant. Even the Truthsayer, in all the horribleness thats been said of him…. Doesn’t do deception like you. I want to be able to trust you before I agree to anything. I want to know where marquis monilius is. I was informed that we would have to go through them to get to you, so im fearful that ive been talking to him this whole time instead of the real duke.  Also, You said it yourself, you’ve had all my friends but only two you could turn to lie and snap out of existence? Yang and Harvey. I would like it if you would release them first and foremost. If you are lying about freeing the monster, I atleast know they would be safe while the others could still have a chance to hold on. To break free themselves. That would lessen my worrying for them greatly. I would also like to confirm that they are the real harvey and Yang you are releasing, by using my Voice to command them to tell me the truth of who they are, if they're the deal and not your people/larvae. Dont worry, im wise enough not to use it on you. Alright guys, if everything goes right and he’s released the real harvey and Yang. then we have more room to breathe. He can't snap the other out if existence yet and he’s too preoccupied with us to do much more damage to them. Duke: Please give us some time to think Voxotour: remember that time at the end of chapter 2, where you tried to connect to Sydan’s Mind,and were able to, but the pain and fire made you back off? Remember when you connected to Pepi’s mind in his Lie and showed him visions of Gastro crying, almost cracking his world open? We must band together and do that again, change our blood back to the blood SYdan controlled and connect to him again, sending him the images of Gastro and Pepi and what we’ve seen of the others in despair and breaking out of it. To show him he’s not bad. To tell him he’s good for holding out for so long against the demon’s lies and that they are just that, lies he can still break free from. If sydan can break free,id like to do that for everyone else (maybe trying to reconfigure our mind like we did with pepi, looking through the viewpoints hovering over the duke’s head to send them all images as well) but if we cant, then i have another idea. If we can just break sydan out, we bluff to the duke that we can do that to everyone. Duke (if in the case we can break sydan out): and we can basically do that for the rest. I was just worried about who were too far gone. But since i can do that any time, id like to focus on whats urgent. You said you needed to return home fast. That you need this truth to do so, but that seems fishy. After i assume draining this entire floor of truth, the truth of these seven monster must not be as much. You couldve easily escaped yourself and found other victims outside the facility instead of waiting for these guys to come up the elevator. Why do you stand still, idle in this prison? Please, tell me the truth of whats troubling you. I admit im not completely trustworthy myself but i do want to help each and every one of the monsters. You could be one as well.

Before anything take all the demons out of us and quickly turn them all back to normal. Tell the Duke to get them out of there so they cant be hurt or killed. Especially Keith. I want to go along with this plan but I'm confused by the Voice. I mean is he surprised that we are trying to stop him? We have done some messed up stuff but he would probably do so much worse. It would be nice if we could actually talk to the voice and understand it. Heck maybe even be eternal prison roommates. Though he would probably just do horrible stuff to us.

I will not even consider accepting before all the prisoners have been freed. However I also would like to speak to the Truth-sayer some before accepting. What does he not understand? He also has not been as murderous in recent actions so I do not feel ready to write him off as an evil monster.

To all us other voices I know what I'm proposing is SUPER risky but I genuinely think the only way we can get a good ending for everyone is to try understand our PINK screen and why the Truthsayer does not have this power. Honestly let me know what you all think cause otherwise I'm stumped and I want them all to live happy sexy gay lives!

Voxotaur: Unfortunately Duke I’m afraid our choice has already been made for us. We will have to say no and decline your offer. Your plan had a chance to succeed and I’m positive some voices would have seen it as the path to walk but the Truthsayer has already moved against both of us. Use your sight in the web to see for yourself what has become of your viscount and a remnant from our body. Thankfully from our own possibly last insight into the eldritch entity I believe us Patrons now finally have a chance against The Lips. It seems that in this body we have awoken another entity or power that only we can use. A power that comes from our empathy and compassion for the friends we have made on this journey. This is a unique and umm . . . very PINK power. What we the patrons now need from you is trust in what we say. We will need two things from you. The first is all the information you know about the Truthsayer and its siblings. The second is to release our friends from this web so that we can fully understand our now only option against this mutual enemy. What will you do now Demon Duke?

I want to locate every and all pieces we are remotely connected to and converge into this form immediately. Also If it's possible, fix whoever personality we have altered so far. Warn the Duke that we are split up into mutiple forms and we need to collect them as well as the dude chilling outside. Comments: I'm glad we had someone clearly point out the shit the Patrons have done. Seriously I would hate us too. I always felt bad about the Harvey personality altering. Happy it got pointed out. The Duke is hot as hell, honestly. And as much as I hate to leave everyone behind, I want to do the sacrifice... Like fix all we can of course but I want to not make the greedy choice here. What happens happens I guess.

Voxotaur: It may be too late for that idea Duke. I feel the truthsayer here, another body we had made that hid on the legion has grown a new body. A body that can't be controlled by us patrons anymore. The truthsayer can come here any moment, so if you believe this plan can still work we'll work with you to hold him back until you can bind him in a lie.

There’s no other option but to go along with this I feel. It might be a lie, but seeing as our choices are “let world ender go free and destroy everyone and everything” and this, I say we risk it and agree to the duke’s proposal. BUT! Don’t touch him, that’s not safe because the Voice might use the shaping powers tk consume him. And inform him of the extra bodies (flea and latex body). Also holy shit, Voice that Commands, to think you would just straight up murder a person out of rage, or on a whim. Woof. You’re just the worst. Ok plan of action: accept the deal, release the ones in our belly, confirm that our friends, keth, and maybe viscount if he wants to/if that can be arranged, are freed and back in sagita. Then we need to utterly disintegrate all of what we’ve spread, including the former flea and the latex body, and then bring the parts all to one place to better contain it.
