This week's double-sized update is a weird one! This was the first of the two CYOA adventures I ran for the discord this past month, which means it's wild and fast paced and surprisingly plot heavy, though it gets a little strange with the themes it digs into. Let's take a peek at the synopsis!
Adrianna just stole a magic lamp! But when she and her partner in crime try to use it, they quickly find themselves tangled in the mischievous machinations of the spirit trapped within. Worse - they're not the only ones after it! Will they be able to escape their pursuers and find a way to get what they want? And what's this about the fate of the world hanging in the balance?
I really took the opportunity to play around a bit, stylewise on this one and I think it really pays off. As always though, you are the final arbiters so please let me know what you think!
The next update should - if all goes well - be a return to more familiar territory with a Wishes Gone Wrong short set in a slutty sorority! I'm hoping thereafter to be able to get An Ordinary Day published. Doing these CYOAs really gave me the extra bit of wiggle room I needed to make some serious progress and I'm hoping to get it up and running by the end of next month!
