Status update: Other Duties As Required pt3a

Long story short: the next part (part 3a) is not going to be ready on the 24th. Updated estimate is for the weekend of Feb 6th.
I was hoping I wouldn't have to make this announcement, but here we are.
Honestly, the biggest hurdle on this one was that I hadn't gone into enough detail with this particular section when I was drawing out the whole-story outline. I knew the loose elements of it and what needed to happen to lead into the next chapter - plus a few choice moments I wanted to share - but I didn't really go into the detail necessary to make it quick or easy, especially with the holidays eating up so much time.
Turns out there's a lot of drama in this particular chunk and it's taking a few major rewrites to get it really get the emotion at the level it needs to be.
I'm hoping you'll all enjoy it! I'm working every day to get it to you as quick - and as good - as I can!
