Chapter 15! First Access!

This chapter is another that is a long time coming, but the good news is that work has steadied out for me and I should be back on schedule for the next several chapters. The only thing that could hold me back is if I get attached to another big gig and I'm going to try to get a bit of a buffer built up so I can plow through it when that sort of thing happens.
As for this chapter itself, whooboy is this a doozie. We're back to a more familiar PoV and we get to see the other side of all the zaniness that's been going on, as well as a confrontation that's been building up for quite some time. The event at the end of this chapter was one of the major turning points when I sat down and plotted out the arc of the story. That said, its a bit of a heart wrencher.
Rest assured, if you trust me as a storyteller, please trust that this story is going to have a happy, romantic ending that will satisfy both emotionally and narratively. But understand that that's the kind of ending that our protagonists need to earn.
