"S+ Rank" S.T.A.R.S. Variants Release

Not too much to say here, just some quick S.T.A.R.S. variants of S+ Rank to complement the S.T.A.R.S. beret that was already in the scene. These were requested by a long-time supporter, so I was happy to oblige. Like with the initial release, you'll find the native full-rez versions alongside alternate post-processing variants in the MEGA archive.
