Decrease tiers

I got an email from Patreon and they will charge taxes to te users. For example if you are a Patreon for 5 USD they will charge to the user 5.20 USD.
Also, Patreon already charges 5% for the total I received from you and PayPal charges 1% more.
Patreon is a good platform and I don't want to move to another platform but I don't want to the users paid more because of these taxes, so I will decrease the tiers, please feel free to decrease your contribution, for example from 2 USD to 1 USD.
I created new tiers with lower values.
I'm working on the next version, there are interesting features to implement also there are really nice new plugins, take a look!

Since Patreon has to gather the german VAT for patrons who live in Germany since 2016, I'm already paying the german VAT additional to the tier price. So in my case everything is fine like it is ;o)
