Update PSA and Zippers Update

Hi everyone,

I want to sincerely thank you for your continued support and patience. I know updates have been delayed, and I haven’t been as active as I’d like to be, both here and on SubStar.

Without getting too deep into the personal weeds, I’ve recently been navigating two major back-to-back crises: a deeply emotional family situation and a disruptive household conflict. Both have significantly impacted my mental space, schedule, and ability to create. These weren’t just inconvenient, they hit hard, and I’ve been doing my best to process and stabilize behind the scenes.

As a result, I’ve fallen behind on sketch rewards and commission work. It wasn’t my intention to keep anyone waiting this long, and I truly appreciate the patience from those still in my queue. The only real progress I’ve managed to make since returning from my recent trip has been on Zippers, which I’ve chipped away at during stolen quiet moments between household disruptions.

If I’m being honest, I’ve felt a bit like Caprie in that recent WIP panel, wide-eyed, overwhelmed, and caught off guard by forces out of my control. But like her, I’m still here. Still kicking. Still pushing forward.

Now that the dust is finally starting to settle, I’m working on getting back into a regular creative rhythm. New art, overdue sketches, and catch-up content are all coming, and I’ll be transparent about what’s being worked on and when to expect it.

I truly appreciate everyone who stuck around through this rough patch. Your support, both financial and emotional, means the world to me. You’re not just backing an artist, you’re helping a human/tanuki find his footing again.
