Hey everyone!

As you can tell by the title, time for a little devlog.

So, at the beginning of the month my PC finally checked out on me. I was expecting it, so I was saving up for when it happened. Thankfully, with the additional income from Patreon, Ko-fi, and commissions I purchased a new one. I've also commissioned some character art. (I'll share a preview once the artist gets to the coloring stage.) So, I want to start by thanking you for your support which made that possible. I've transferred most of my files over, I lost a bit of coding. Luckily I took notes so it's easily fixed. With the new PC, I’ve also upgraded to the latest version of Twine. I had a few issues with it, which delayed Cam's POV release (but it's coming!)

For those of you who follow me on Tumblr, you know that I've been on a little break to focus on my mental health. I'm feeling a bit better and even finished outlining the larger plot points for Chapter 2. I need to rearrange them so it's more cohesive, but so far it's going well. Chapter 2 is shaping up to be slower than Chapter 1. This chapter will transition from the initial hook into the story's main setup. I've several details to flesh out and I need to expand the world a bit (Like the local bar where Ardent will help his uncle from time to time, or the club that Kara and Isaac will invite you to.) The pace will feel a bit different, but I'm hoping the end result will be just as good as the first chapter. 

Little did I know when outlining the larger plot points, that I would create a little plot hole in Chapter 1. So, I'll be revisiting Chapter 1 to add a bit of text to smooth some things out. (Like Aunt Em's dog...) I finished the coding for multiple tattoo's and piercing's. It will be included in the next little update, along with more dog choices - so many dog choices!

I’m hoping Chapter 2 won’t be as long as Chapter 1, but there’s quite a bit I want to cover. It might even spill over into Chapter 3. With branching paths in this chapter, I’m working hard to avoid any continuity issues. I've been busy studying for my Uni finals next month, but I'm making time where I can. I’ve also started organizing all my variables in Excel to help keep track. (Wish I had done that sooner, especially color coding.) I just finished the Thanksgiving drabble which comes in at a little over 5k words.
