b) The vest is an asset (cloth version included + separate "belt" asset).

**Note**:
1) If you're going to use the cloth version of her "vest", make sure to put on the "straps" (cloth) -- as well as the separate "belt" and " tablet" assets to complete the upper uniform.
2) When putting on the assets manually, it should appear properly appear on the character; if not, look for the axis nearby to adjust (mostly on floor).
