The religious group now heeds the monster's commands, prays to it in adoration, and even feeds it with voluntary sacrifices and hapless visitors. The authorities are concerned about the sudden disappearances...
This is an adventure where a group of brave sellswords interact with a hostile congregation trying to find out why the townsfolk and priest behave in such a strange manner. When they inevitably explore the crypt underneath, the characters shall finally encounter the obscure entity. Its head pierces the granite basement wall. While mostly immobile, the planar being's psychic abilities are not to be underestimated. The heroes are in for a gruesome fight!
Denizens of the Tower! Here's a fantastic one-page dungeon. It's a self-contained adventure where everything you need fits on a single page. They are system-neutral so they can be easily ported to any system. While no system rulings are included, we made this one thinking of Shadowdark RPG. Still, it is neutral and can be ported to any medieval fantasy system/setting.
