This is the Hookah Casino. A hub of the underworld where criminals, politicians, nobles, and the poor alike enjoy losing their money and making risky bets. The locations features many rooms with all kinds of betting games and interesting individuals. Be ready to lose it all and spend some time with the most unsavory individuals the metropolis can offer.
We've included descriptions of all areas and also a list of staff NPCs and client NPCs. It is truly a fun place to include in a large city or metropolis. Just be careful when coming in because the two bouncers Biff and Bash so not let anyone through unless they flash a gambling chip as an invitation.
