The Subnautica 2 Lawsuit Keeps Getting More Bizarre | Unpacked

LOL. I look forward to the continuing discovery phase of this when Krafton is going to have to prove all these claims and the emails to back them up. At the end of the day they have to or they are screwed.

When certain labor lawsuits go ahead, they don't specifically need proof. For instance, if you believe there is retaliation, an NLRA ill often not need definitive proof. Essentially it is the "see? we're squeaky clean" defense, when in reality, all anyone need do is look at the timeline of events to see that retaliation is happening. Ie, someone gets "mysteriously/ unrelatedly" fired after reporting management. A labor attorney often will look at that and say, "yeah no shit you were retaliated against." and go from there. Often times, it comes out in the wash, because you have to prove intent. Sounds pretty open and shut to me: guys were on track. Maybe acting like douchenozzles, maybe not, ultimately though, all they need do is show the build and whether it is "playable" as a game. Tacking shit on at the end is Krafton's desperation because they know they never intended to payout the bonus, and now they're caught wanking. So, they're pivoting like a demented pedo in higher office, and saying "and this! And this!" When obviously they screwed up. My moneys on the game coming out great, eventually, and being in the devs hands, and krafton getting buried. Unless devs start coming out of the woodwork to corroborate their BS, which is unlikely given they were all expected to see a payout.
