とっても暑い日が続いていますが、体調を崩されたりしていませんか？

水分補給と可能な限りの休養、エアコンの使用などにお互い気を付けて暑い夏を乗り切りましょうねι(´Д｀υ)🌻🎐

休憩中の自撮り

リラックスのため、仕事の休憩時間に公園森林浴をしていると以前お話ししましたがせっかくだから自撮りしようと思って自撮りしてみました(^^)/

休憩中に何してんの…と思われるかもしれませんが周りに人がいない時に素早く撮ったので変な人だとは思われていないと思います(￣▽￣;)

この写真を撮影したのは６月のまだそこまで暑くない時でした。

今は暑すぎて、もう公園森林浴はできていません😓🌞

また涼しくなったら再開しようと思います🎵

桃を買いに行きました🍑

Twitterでスタバの公式アカウントをフォローしているのですが、桃の時期という事で季節限定の桃フラペチーノの宣伝ツイートが目に入りました👀✨

昔から桃が大好きなのですごく惹かれたのですが、そのままの生の桃のほうがより好きなので桃の直売所に安い桃が売ってないか見に行きました。

車で家から少し離れた場所まで行ったのですが、そこにあった桃は2個で1000円💰

悩みましたが、手が出ませんでした。

そこまで綺麗でなくてもいいから4個1000円くらいで買いたかったんです。

桃は諦めて野菜でも見るか…と直売所をうろうろしてみるとめちゃくちゃ安い野菜を手に入れることができました( ﾟДﾟ)!!

やっすー！！

来週1週間、野菜はほとんど買わなくてもよさそうです(^^)/

帰ろうとすると直売所の近くにソフトクリームが売っているのを見つけました👀🍦

普段ソフトクリームは食べないのですが、そこで売っていたのは紫芋入りのソフトクリーム🍠

芋には目が無いので買ってしまいました。

ソフトクリームが買えるなら桃買いなよ…って感じなんですけどね(;´･ω･)

変な顔して食べています。

そんなこんなで家に帰るとアマゾンで注文していた小鍋が届いていました✨

揚げ物をするときに油が少なくて済むようにと小さな小鍋を買いました🎵

最近の購入品…小鍋と野菜。

なんの可愛げもありませんが日常を綴りたくなったので書かせてもらいました|ू･ω･` )

Selfie during break

I told you before that I take a break from work to relax and take a selfie in the park forest.

I took this picture quickly when there was no one around, so I don't think people thought I was strange.

I took this picture in June when it was not so hot yet.

Now it is too hot and I am not able to do park forest bathing anymore😓🌞.

I will resume when the weather cools down again🎵

I went to buy some peaches 🍑

I follow the official Starbucks account on Twitter, and since it's peach season, I saw a tweet advertising a seasonal peach Frappuccino 👀✨.

I've always loved peaches, so I was really attracted to them, but I prefer fresh peaches as they are, so I went to a peach farmers' market to see if they had any inexpensive peaches for sale.

I drove a little further and found peaches there for 1000 yen for 2 peaches.

I was worried, but I couldn't afford it.

They didn't have to be that beautiful, but I wanted to buy 4 peaches for about 1000 yen.

I gave up on the peaches and decided to look at vegetables... I wandered around the direct sales area and was able to get some very inexpensive vegetables (!!!)!

So cheap!

It looks like I won't have to buy most vegetables for the next week.

As I was leaving, I found soft ice cream for sale near the direct sales place 👀🍦.

I don't usually eat soft-serve ice cream, but they were selling soft-serve ice cream with purple sweet potatoes 🍠🍠.

I'm a sucker for sweet potatoes, so I bought it.

If I can buy soft serve ice cream, buy peaches....

I eat them with a funny look on my face.

So when I got home, the small pan I had ordered from Amazon had arrived✨.

I bought a small small pan to use less oil when fried food 🎵

My latest purchase...a small pot and vegetables.

It's nothing pretty, but I felt like writing about my daily life, so I decided to write about it.)

I am going to shoot it from now on today.
