Here's a fun encounter idea. In the attached PDF there are four different adventure ideas for a fun night. Good thing about encounters like this is they can be dropped into any travel scene.
Hope you enjoy it and avenge that poor horse.

2017-11-22 00:23:46 +0000 UTCIf you cannot do this I understand. Would it be possible to remove the arrows from the horse, or alternatively remove the horse altogether? I'd like to use this in an adventure that would have wild beasts attack the wagon and horse instead of orcs, brigands, etc.

2017-03-23 14:57:21 +0000 UTCPerfect, much greater flexibility in usage this way!! Smarter brigands probably wouldn't camp right on the road and next to a dead monster attracting horse :) Thanks for the fast response (I was hoping you used a paint program and layers).
