Props to Ellie for knowing about Abby’s actress in her grief before filming this episode! Her name is Kaitlyn Dever and her mom passed away back in February of last year, they had her funeral just two weeks prior to them filming this scene so she was actually going through real life grief! Phenomenal performance by her though!
