The powerlevel in One Piece is kinda diffrent which you can understand watching the anime after 500 episodes ... So no rush they are just in east blue... Mihawk is a badass and unbelieveable strong and they didnt show anything there soo cant spoil now but you gonna understand if more seasons coming out or you guys gonna watch the anime ^^
