This is the one movie I only watched once and don't care to again. This is is worth all the 'King Kong' movies. Knowing he's going to die in the end and with no repercussions, it's just to heartbreaking.....

2023-06-16 14:12:10 +0000 UTCThe most interesting and wonderful thing about their reaction is they have never seen one of the classic films of all time. starting with 1933 B & W, revolutionary SFX for its time. And so many remakes, i.e. the '76 version with Jessica Lang. That they didn't know the main plot. This version has its moments but could have been way edited down, especially the overlong action scenes on the island. It was too over the top. Naomi Watts is such an awesome actress.

2023-05-28 18:52:49 +0000 UTCThe stampede sequence was too unrealistic IMO, they all would've been squashed quickly and after the pileup, the raptors would not have been chasing the humans when they had tonnes of dead flesh to feast on with all the dead brontos.
