Tiers and Goal Updated!

Got to changing the tiers, and setting up a new goal for a whole new setup, cause right now i got a ghetto ass setup with a half dying laptop with a cheap ass keyboard connected to it cause it's got a missing D key and the A key is about to fall off aswell and a tiny desk.
