Carnage will be the villain , and Marvel fans have been waiting to see Carnage on the big screen since...forever ! It's never happened. The symbiote takes ahold of Cletus Cassidy. Who is a sick-ruthless serial killer , who even killed his mom & grandma when he was a kid. Us fans always thought we'd get Spider-Man vs Carnage , or Venom (I don't count that topher Grace , Venom bullshit) ..but Venom vs Carnage sounds pretty badass too ! Will take it !

2021-06-29 20:34:57 +0000 UTCWoody Harrelson is set to play a serial killer, Cletus Cassidy who takes a Symbiote and becomes Carnage. It’s a bit confusing here as technically Spider-Man brought “Venom” back from space in the comic book story arc Secret Wars. He then went to Eddie who was Peter Parker’s nemesis. I like where the comic relationship between Venom/Eddie and Spidey/Peter goes after that. Venom will stop anyone else from trying to kill Spider-Man because he wants to do it himself
