Jesse's new landlord is played by Krysten Ritter, who stars in Marvel's Jessica Jones on Netflix, which takes place in the same "universe" as the Marvel Avengers movies. Also recommend Marvel's Daredevil and Marvel's Luke Cage. Technically, the first season of Daredevil takes place before the first season of Jessica Jones, with the first season of Luke Cage coming later if you're going to watch them all.
