This wasn't supposed to be sent to everyone: When I make a post or a product in the shop, Patreon defaults to sending a notification to everyone unless I change it, and I forgot to do so. This shop listing was made for someone in particular, so I usually disable the notifications but this time I was in a hurry and I forgot. You can completely ignore this email, this will not have any impact at all on anything, that was just a missclick.
But in case you are wondering, I can indeed if you need/want to create multiple listings to make purchasing a commission easier.
