Okay, with the understanding that our requests/suggestions are not guaranteed I am just going to go right into it. First and foremost, looking at the Adrianna scene where she is on her bed (whether drunk or not) I always wanted to strip her naked and pound her doggy style. She would be facing the foot of the bed, while the MC is behind her, banging away, and pulling her hair. Secondly I think a plethora of sex scenes could be added, to the early morning scene, in Natasha's quarters while she is doing Yoga. I mean a lot of yoga poses could be modified where she is giving blowjobs, tit-fucks, or even a spread eagle missionary position. But could there be an outcome where you can get Adrianna and Katherine, or Natasha and Adrianna? Or if you're really lucky you can get a triple tit-fuck from all three of the girls at once.
