2019-01-11 00:04:34 +0000 UTCwhen you get close to one of the other characters and look at them they will get a highlight around them, if you press left mouse or E you will interact with them. If they are doing something you start an event and if they are walking around you get all the conversation options. Sorry this wasn't obvious I guess I have a long was to go in terms of playablity atm
