This is the moment we reach the calm after the small storm. At this point in making the comic, I finally reached a point where the anxiety, the struggle to allow myself this, fully let go. I just focused on the comfort, the care, the earnestness. Just like my avatar, I needed to rest, I needed to breathe, and I needed to let the emotion of this comic flow naturally. It's probably a strangely emotional thing to say in regards to the butt expansion picture, but it's just how the progression of the comic went.
On a lighter note, I remember being a little nervous about these pages. I needed to convey what I earnestly wish I could look like, and what I really could look like if luck is on my side. This new avatar is meant to represent me, earnestly, the woman I see in myself. I wanted to make sure that was conveyed right in every way, including the proportions of... certain parts of the body. I'm not sure if I did a good job, but I genuinely tried to go for something natural, something modest, but something that felt right.
