It's funny how this drawing went from just testing to see if I can do anthro faces, to a Roxy character piece, to a twinning piece. In retrospect, I almost wonder if this was made cynically or not, like I remember wondering, "Are people gonna care less if this isn't a TF? Maybe I should just make it one." Here's a handful of assets I used to make the backgrounds of the Sonic Frontiers comics a little bit more full. It's funny, despite not having too many of them, they actually lent a pretty big hand with filling the background, despite backgrounds never being my strongsuit. Hope y'all like!

It's funny, for years I've been thinking, "I really oughta do something Helltaker, I wonder if it would translate well into my style?" And this year I finally did some character pieces. Not a lot, I know, but it's something. I don't know nearly enough about Helltaker to do good sequences. I like the idea behind this one, kinda shows the difference between these two, despite being a couple. Michael is super chill, just enjoying the simplest pleasures, while Dan is much more cynical about the world. Dan loves Michael and thinks he deserves better, but he respects Michael enough to let him make his own choices, if he wants to eat at knockoff hoot, then they'll eat at knockoff hoot.

I may as well post the next steps of progress when it came to making her. The first solidified linework, then the color and a variation with her hairpin off. I'm not sure how it works logically, but I like the idea of the hairpin doubling as a ring, so in a way, she's always wearing her trans pride on her sleeve.

I got inspired by this the other day when I had the thought, "What if I was in a werewoman situation, and the werewoman had the opposite personality to my own?" And I got the idea of a timid, shy dude having a werewoman that's one of those brash, overtly nasty, spoiled valley girl types. It was really fun writing her dialogue, making her so, unapologetically crude and mean that it swings around to being funny. Hope y'all like!
