Harver and Keplan line dancing (although I imagine Keplan improvises a lot while Harver follows the steps to a T). I thought it would be fun to draw Keplan in an outfit he thought was appropriately yeeyee, but really it's more like... pumpkin spice bitch on an uncomfortably warm Autumn day.
Bottom left - I don't even know LOL. I just think Keplan does goofy shit to entertain himself and occasionally he'll get a laugh out of Harver that only fuels his mischievous fire.
Top right - Dirt and Harver fell asleep on a hotel bed together while Keplan and Bebe were getting snacks in the lobby. Looks like Bebe and Keplan are sharing the other bed tonight lol... (and when Dirt wakes up in a few hours and realizes he's been cuddling with Harver, he's gonna walk right over to Keplan, yoink him out of a dead sleep and yeet him onto the other bed so he can lay with Bebe)
