Title for my book of doodles?
Added 2024-08-27 16:28:53 +0000 UTCI'm trying to decide on a title for my book of doodles that I'm putting together... and I'm torn between two, so maybe you guys can help me pick one!
"The Long Way Home" sounds... cuter? More meaningful? More sentimental?
"The Scenic Route" sounds more leisurely and relaxed. I'm not sure which one fits the overall VIBE for all my doodles, so let me know!
(Also, y'all there's 117 pages and over EIGHT HUNDRED doodles in this book).

Well… when I think about how they make me feel when I’m drawing— it feels like home. And since there are so many drawings in the book “The Long Way Home” just kinda felt right? There’s also a subtlety about saying or deciding to “take the long way home” like the moment you’re living in is good and you want to savor it? (I can think of quite a few songs that use these lyrics too). The Scenic Route to me just sounds like, let’s sit back and enjoy the ride— we’re not in a hurry. Go at a leisurely pace. BUT…. The scenic route and “the long way home” aren’t necessarily the same are they? Idk!!!! Lol
