Blog Update~ Please Read :)

Hello Hello. It's been a few weeks since I've done a blog update, and I decided to do one now because... well, if I'm being honest, I'm at a graveyard shift job tonight but it's too damn busy to actually get any comic work done atm. So here we go.

I wanted to give you guys a little bit a of a long-term vision type blog update. Starting with the now and going through the end of the year. Some things are relevant and coming up soon though, so please read!

-- I'm moving next month! I get the keys to my new apartment on the 22nd, and will be spending the last week of April basically getting settled before Rowdy comes to visit in May. Things are busy now because of packing and stuff, but I am doing okay despite the extra stressing lol. I just want to give you all the heads up that I think I'm going to be taking some time off between April 22nd - May 10th. This is a little over two weeks, and I'm not going to call it a "hiatus", because there WILL still be some time to work on stuff, I just know it wont be enough time to stay on a posting schedule. The breakdown of this time line goes a little like this...

April 22nd - Get keys to new apartment

April 23rd-30th - Moving/getting settled/cleaning up my old apartment/etc

May 3rd - Rowdy flies in for a visit!

May 4th - Local comic convention

May 5th-7th - We will be spending a couple days at the coast to just relax and hang out.

May 8th-10th - Hopefully packing up Kickstarter rewards and starting to ship things out.

I haven't posted an update on Kickstarter quite yet, because I'm still hoping to meet our deadline of shipping at the beginning of May, but I'll be totally honest y'all... It's gonna be cutting it close. I know for sure that I will be able to start shipping the lower level tier rewards (those who paid for JUST books), but the extra merch for the higher tiers may have to wait. It will depend on how fast the manus are.

Okay, let's talk about after all ^^^ this.

-- AFTER all this, when things hopefully start to calm down. I want to get back on a good consistent posting schedule for TLLT, and I want to have a little more wiggle room/free time to explore creatively. What does this mean? Well, depending on how far along TLLT gets between now and the end of summer, I'd like to start seriously gearing up for my next comic. I know I've been posting a lot of Keplan and Harver doodles lately (and that's because they're little jerks who occupy too much space in my brain) but there's still so much I'd like to do with comic style/trying new programs/etc. The back half of the year, I will try to push myself in more of this.

I have one summer vacation planned in late July, but other than that no conventions... no nothing else lol. Right now I feel busy so I'm looking forward to the lull, but I'm also kinda like ugh... I need something to look forward to. Y'know what I mean?

Unrelated, but I'll have another announcement for you guys probably the first week of April. I'll be announcing the new story I've been working on (on the side) with the Glow team. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, just... keep your ears open and I'll explain more later lol. It's been a big project.
