So much it hurts

<3 <3 <3 <3 Ahhhh. I've had this little idea floating around in my head for a while now and it was finally a good night for me to get it out. As many of you probably know, I'm very heavily inspired my music, and there's one song on my Dirt&Bebe playlist that sort of... loosely inspired this scene. The opening lyrics are "Tell me, have you ever wanted... someone so much it hurts?" and even though the rest of the song is basically just DirtXBebe love song, it made me think about Dirt asking Beau about this feeling.... loving someone so much it hurts.

Those of you who have read Honorable Discharge know that Sage wasn't Beau's first love, and that Sage is highly conflicted about the relationship he and Beau get into because of it. Sage has a LOT of respect for the girl Beau was dating ( her name was Ronna) before they met, and I like to think that that old insecurity might sneak up on him again from time to time...

That being said, Beau has always loved Sage in a way that he never could with Ronna. And there's no one else he'd rather spend his life suffering over :') And, for the record, Dirt, he also loves you so much it hurts. <3
