Added 2023-05-23 19:20:05 +0000 UTCI took some time this morning to go back and re-read the whole day at the Rodeo/bar scene from the day before in the comic, and the pacing of Fletch and Judas meeting Beau and Sage felt really good to me. And so, I'm very pleased with this bitter-sweet goodbye from our friends. <3 <3 <3 Ugh. I love this update for many reasons, but that combined with the small reminder than Judas and Fletch still have so much to learn about each other-- it just feels good. Feels like turning a page and moving on... and also solidified friendship :)
Beau is lucky Sage is so easygoing because you can bet it was him who dragged them all over Dallas looking for Fletch and Judas just to say goodbye (and make sure Fletch was okay). Beau is exactly stubborn enough to do that LOL.
YEs, that is a kitten in a tank on Fletch's shirt.

I read every part of this over and over bc it's just too cute and funny. Beau is so grumpy but also drew sheep on his little note. ๐ฅบ Good thing he has Sage around to make him follow through on his plan when he gets nervous. ๐๐ And a good thing for Sage that Beau loves him, even though he's exposing him to his new friend ๐คฃ
