Lucy is arguably the most obvious fan service since there’s this infamous scene where there’s a heavy focus on her feet as a distraction. I think that was apart of a movie though, but still. Chained Soldier is another one that’s also unexpected. Akame ga Kill author developed a whole fan service mentality with that since the last work.
