Blade of the Golden Fish: One-Sided.

Greetings All!

Comcast wars are continuing today, but it gave me a chance to rebuild this from the initial upload, it had to be tweaked from the file created at GAMA.

This will be included with the March, not April Batch Upload.

This is based on the symbolism of the Golden Fish and the Paired Golden Fish, which was a very interesting read. I hope you check it out.  The paired version definitely pushes it more towards the realm of a Very Rare, but balancing passes to come with the next round of edits and Tonys mighty gavel of judgment.

Description:

Two features catch the eye immediately when glancing at this unique shortsword. The blade tip and decorations are composed of a strange crystal. Akin to amber in texture, this material is known as Loch Stone. It has a slow but steady swirl and movement that gives it a wondrous sparkle, like viewing water trapped beneath ice. The other key feature is an ornate fish head and tail molded from a combination of gold and brass. The golden fish has long been regarded as a symbol of fearlessness when shown in a pair.

Tabs:

• While submerged, The user gains +1 bonus to Attack and Damage Rolls made with this weapon.
• While attuned, the user gains a 30ft Swimming Speed (if not already faster) and the ability of Water Breathing as it forms an air bubble around their head.
• Plunging Lunge: As part of an Attack Action, if the user moves more than 10ft in a straight line while submerged, they can trigger the unique feature of this blade. On a successful attack, the user merges with the liquid around them during the attack, dealing an extra 2d8 Piercing damage as they plunge through the target. If the user so chooses and there is an unoccupied space, the user can materialize in any square within 5ft of the creature. If not, they materialize in their original location. This feature can be used a total of 3 times, after which it cannot be used again until the next Dawn.
• Dual-Blades: If the user attunes and wields two of these blades, they share 1 Attunement slot and will gain the following benefits.
• While submerged, the user gains +2 to attack and damage rolls with these weapons.
• Plunging Lunges damage increases to a 3d8 Piercing damage and the blades hold a shared Charge Pool of 4 charges between the blades.

The user gains Advantage on any Saving Throws against being Frightened.
