Whip of the Spineless: Art (PNGs)

My first non-NDA whip! This one was largely brought about by the wonderful brush pack of Cait May which allowed me to only focus on clean up and placement over every individual bone.
For the actual statistics, it is an amalgamation.
Pulling it apart, you have some familiar magic weapon triggers and a cantrip ability neatly tucked into a critical ability. Then as always, a good few special touches from my own sort of brew. Whips are a special rarity, so I wanted to make it versatile without being over-powered for lower level play.

Description:
This whip is fearsome to behold. With a handle composed of a leather wrapped femur and layers of metal forming a keeper, what sprouts from it revolts a common man. The length of the thong is made of countless bound vertebrae arranged in a morbid display to form a functional whip. Even with a keen eye, one cannot tell from who or what these bones were assembled… just that in this state, their fate is sealed.
Tabs:
- Creeping Doom: As a Bonus Action, the user can activate ghastly flames around the whip. Once activated, it deals an extra 1d4 Necrotic damage to any target it hits. This effect lasts until the user extinguishes them as a Bonus Action or drops the whip.
- This effect becomes 2d4 Necrotic damage if the target is currently suffering from the Frightened condition.
- The Grave Awaits: On a Critical Hit, the target is not able to Regain Hit Points until the start of the User's Next Turn. If this attack reduces a hostile creature to 0HP, the user gains 2d6 Temporary Hit Points until the next Short or Long Rest.
