Attachable Arcane Scope: Art (PNGs)

This has been in my notes forever and was earmarked for the Tinkerer’s Guide in the kickstarter, on review I just really wanted to make them. So I was able to make both a common and uncommon version of the items, while the common is borderline mundane. I don't think gadgets are something you could encounter easily.
This one features the ability to hone in on a target, which is experimental but there is precedent in several other spells/abilities.
That said, I built this around the spyglass and expanded from there, I hope you enjoy these options at your home table!

Description:
Similar to a common scope, this is the result of adding magical workings into the equation. Gone are the tubes and glass. They are replaced by magical circles that amplify the user’s vision and adjust for distance. Three glowing crystals are nestled in the neck and half arch that summons this small marvel forth.
Tabs:
- This item can be attached to a Ranged Weapon over the course of 1 Hour, with a DC:13 Tinker’s Tools.
- While attached, it extends the range of the weapon by 30/90ft.
- (Possible +30 to Normal Range)
- Wings off a Fly: As part of an Attack Action, the user can perceive a weak point on the Target, adding 1d4 to the Attack Roll. This must be done before making the attack roll and can be done a total of 3 Times. Once spent, this feature cannot be used again until the next Dawn.
- Objects viewed through the scope are magnified to 2x their size, akin to the Spyglass.
