Greetings All!
It had been almost 8 months since my last arrow! I have always been fascinated by the idea of an arrow capable of melting on contact. This is a take on that incidnery idea with some magic woven in.
Balanced with concentration and a shorter spell span, I am still debating on removing the time limit on the spell. Mostly instilled due to a long range bombardment of this onto an enemy meaning that shifting away while they slowly burn would be a viable tactic. The time limit at least reduces some of the devastation.
Thoughts very much welcome, and I would love to see your thoughts on this one.
Updates: Updated Language.
I hope you enjoy this one! Truly, as always and ever sincerely, Thank You.

Description:
These arrowheads feature a thin spike of crystal, surrounded by a spiraling metal bit to protect it in flight. These were originally used for reducing ore to slag in massive caverns before being turned towards warfare in desperation. The results were undeniably devastating against the heavily armored foes of developed armies, leading to a treaty outlawing their use in civilized warfare.
Tabs:
Ignite Metal: As a bonus action, whenever the arrow hits a metal object, the user is able to invoke the ancient word for fire, casting the heat metal spell on the metal object. This still requires concentration (as if concentrating on a spell) and can last a maximum of 30 Seconds.
