Wand of the Hag: One-Sided.

I really enjoyed the last wand and jotted down an idea for another pretty much on the spot. This came out almost unchanged from that, and an ode to oddities.
The combination of Eye and Teeth is a direct call out of old fashioned Hag/Forest Witchcraft iconics from my childhood. These strange little tokens are natural, but presented in an unnatural manner they just worm into your mind with a nagging worry. To me, that is the essence of a Hag in stories, something unsettling to the uninformed.

Description:
This is a wand composed of a twisted bog root that has a pommel of teeth with an eye held at the center. The eye held within the crux of the wand still shifts and focuses on the coming and goings around it, ever peering as the wand travels between hands.
Tabs:
- This wand has 7 charges, regaining 1d6 expended charges daily at dawn. While held, as an action the user can expend charges to cast or summon the following with a DC:13 per spell.
- 1 Charge: Vicious Mockery.
- 2 Charges: Disguise Self.
- 2 Charges: Detect Magic.
- 3 Charges: Bog Growth, targeting a location within 90ft, the user can cause the ground to swell with roots and damp undergrowth for 20 cubic ft. This area is now considered difficult terrain for the next 1 Minute.
- The hag to which the eye belongs is always watching. For better or worse, it is aware of the user and the wand's location as long as it remains on the material plane.
