Justiciar's Candle: One-Sided.

Keeping the light source and glow going, an interesting little knick-knack for non-casters and truth hunters. I also decided that maybe after 250 items, it would be okay to have two types of magic candles.
I rather enjoyed how it turned out and the dynamics it adds for lower level play. I honestly hope that it enhances some tactics or lands someone in a sticky situation. That’s peak for me as an Item creator.

Description:
This candle comes with an accompanying rune covered metallic stand and wrapped in a thin waxed canvas covered in strange symbols, with a thin silver thread draped around its base. These candles were said to once be used by their namesake during long interrogations. Now they pass between hands and persons, but still seek to root out the truth.
Tabs:
- Revealed in Candlelight: When lit, it sheds a bright light in a 5ft radius and dim light for an additional 5ft. Creatures that fall within this light are affected by the ‘Zone of Truth’ spell with a DC:13 Charisma Saving Throw.
- If a creature within the zone succeeds the save, the flame of the candle becomes a stark green.
- This candle can be used for a total of 1 hour before consumption, with each lighting expending a minimum of 1 minute from the duration.
- It remains activated for 10 minutes, or until the user chooses to end the effect early as a Bonus Action.
