Condemned Cuffs: Art (PNGs)

Originally this started as a reference to the show Warrior, which is still present in the quotation. As I worked on it however, vibes of both Oblivion & FLCL worked their way in. I can’t help but enjoy how they all mingled into my brain.
For an unattuned item, I like to think it walks along the line of being a throw back to the Boons of last year. I do miss that run, and this might just get me to resurrect it soon.
- Updates: Small AM Touches.
- Art: New Green Texture + Highlight, with a Variant.
- Wording: Edited to more closely match the wording of Vorpal.
